Tassadar had tucked his communicator away the moment he'd seen Kerrigan darting down into an alleyway. He paused momentarily as his mind registered the brief figure he'd seen. It had been a far cry from the Queen of Blades that he knew, but the templar was not about to let his guard down either. He'd tracked Kerrigan all over Char and knew her moves and motives too well. If she didn't have her bone wings, then it would make battling her much easier ( ... )

Standing against the wall, she heard the sound of Tassadar landing on the ground. If he was anything like a normal Protoss, he would be hulking, but the way that he walked told of his skill. She could tell that he was moving to the alleyway, which meant that she had been seen.

Sarah stepped away from the wall when his large shadow fell in the entrance nd turned to face Tassadar. Her hostile environment suit, while malfunctioning, still displayed the beaded lights travelling along the edges of the armour and neck area. The light reflected off of the jagged pieces of the glass shards that she was holding, but she appeared perfectly calm.

"I can't say that I know you, little Templar," she replied, stepping forward and raising the glass shards into a defensive position in front of her. "However, this is a poor greeting for someone new to the city. That loud-mouth in the chamber failed to mention hostiles within the population currently here."

The sight of her Ghost uniform was impossible to miss. Obviously the technology that empowered it no longer functioned, much like the power of the Khala crystals that were embedded within his own. Powered or not, he knew well how the Queen of Blades fought. The question currently at hand, though, was if the female in front of him was indeed still the Queen of Blades.

'We have met numerous times, Kerrigan,' Tassadar offered. His movements came to a stop a few feet in front of the Ghost operative, but both were well within striking range of each other. Watching as the glass was held up defensively in front of her, Tassadar remained cautiously ready, 'You are Terran?'

While the question didn't appear important, it was to the templar. There was something off about the zerg queen in front of him, and that wasn't to mention the distinct lack of infestation he could sense on the air.

The fact that he found it prudent to close the distance more didn't make her nervous at all. She was in his range but out of her own, but she still wasn't concerned. His hulking figure made it far easier to throw large shards of glass at his body, though she would need to aim away from that shiny armour.

If they had met, she didn't remember. The only Protoss that she had formally met were those on Tarsonis, but they hadn't made it out alive. She hadn't fought against anyone with the featureless face that looked like the one who stood in front of her. How he knew her was beyond her.

At the odd question of her being terran, she sneered openly. "What else do I look like?" Her eyes narrowed. "How is it that you can speak to me, yet I cannot return telepathy?"
