Description: The witches have come into Death City while many of its fighters are in Michigan. What are you going to do?
The alarms didn't seem to be stopping and there was a certain, busy shuffle around as the residents went through their well-practiced motions of evacuation and finding safety. The streets were emptying quickly as everyone tried to get indoors or make their way to Shibusen, the stores were abruptly closing despite just barely opening, and all activity at repairing the city's streets stopped.
There was a good reason for this. Witches were not very nice people and the residents feared them well, and completely depended upon Shibusen and its allies to preserve them. It was better to let the professionals take over, at this point, especially as it became clear through the network that there were more than one of the witches in the city.
[ooc: There'll be three threads, two of which will be available to everyone. It's doubtful if these witches can be killed here, but let's try to give them a run for their money!]
