Characters: Sasuke, Saralegui
Location: Their apartment.
Rating: PG? i suck at ratings.
Time: Sept 28
Description: It's about time these two tried resonating again. Unsurprisingly, this disintegrates into an argument.
For a person who'd lived alone for a good chunk of his admittedly short life so far, having three people in one apartment was something Sasuke was having trouble adjusting to. Yuuri hadn't been in the apartment long before he'd disappeared, but having him back only reminded Sasuke of how cramped everything felt with that extra body there. Still, he couldn't avoid the apartment forever, particularly if he and Saralegui were going to continue this bizarre partnership they'd worked out. Some traitorous part of Sasuke's mind still insisted he should find someone who could really fight to be his Meister, though. Something he'd been thinking of increasingly, particularly with this inability to resonate with the king so far.
That didn't mean it wasn't frustrating the hell out of him. Especially with the rescue mission looming so close on the horizon. Sasuke was bent on having a Meister, regardless of what he had to do to get one. There wasn't a chance in this stupid desert he was going to miss out on it. And talking with Itachi had only driven that point home.
Either way, he found himself walking up to the two room apartment, letting himself in with the key he possessed. Did Yuuri have a key? He couldn't recall, but it wasn't all that important, and he pushed the wandering thought away as he toed off his sandals- glancing up only when they were nestled safely next to the doorjam. "Oi, Saralegui."
He'd better be here. Sasuke would only be annoyed if he wasn't.
