Description: Watch patrols happen on a daily basis, but the events of such are usually handwaved. This one's the official log for this out-of-game month!

OUTER RESIDENTIAL QUARTER I

[Houses, apartments - the works!]

[Saber, for her part, didn't quite understand why someone would want to steal women's undergarmets. Nevertheless, she kept an eye out for any sign of the mysterious thief.

To anyone not in the know, she might appear to be either a frail-looking pretty boy or a delicate-looking little girl dressed like a boy, but the only indication of her Watch status would be the wooden sword affixed to her belt in a makeshift fashion.]

[He'd gotten the definition of what human under clothes were for, but Tassadar failed to understand why a human would wish to steal such a seemingly useless item.]

[His large form is obvious among the much shorter humans around. Sighting Saber, he begins walking over towards her.]

I do hope that things are going well, Saber.

[ooc: I'll have Tassadar fill in until Aya shows up - if you don't mind? :3 I'm also assuming that they know each other because of their Watch duties and Tassy being a zone leader :) Hope that's okay? If not I can change it ♥ ]

[She maintained her customary neutral expression.]

It would seem so. There have been no disturbances as of yet.

[She does frown slightly in bewilderment]

Though I must admit that I am rather puzzled by the unusual amount of attention being devoted towards apprehending this particular thief.

[OOC: It's fine! I'd been meaning to tag Tassadar before my hiatus, just never was able to get to it]

[He inclines his head at her answer.]

Hopefully such peace remains throughout the day, but given the circumstances, it appears to be doubtful.

[There's a slight tilt of his head]

It appears as though this thief is detested within society, or so I've been informed. You hold no judgment over the action of this thief?

Indeed. I anticipate more disruptions as the day progresses.

[She lifts a closed hand to her chin in thought.]

So it would appear. But...

[She shakes her head slightly]

A thief is a thief. I do not see how the crime would become more serious depending upon the objects stolen. I can only surmise that it is seen as an invasion of one's privacy as opposed to a simple theft.

Indeed. Such answers are all that I have also found.

[He begins heading down the street, making certain to keep his pace slow enough for Saber to keep up without effort.]

How have you been finding your Watch duties?

[For such a small girl, she doesn't seem to strain to keep up]

Thus far, not a great deal of trouble...

[She pauses, observing some drunkards a short distance away. There seemed to be a lot of them recently]

...however, there seems to have been an escalation of incidents since I first joined.

[His stride remains as it is when Sabre keeps pace.]

Yes, it does appear that the inhabitants of this city grow restless. Are humans always like this?

[A corner of her mouth quirks slightly as she considers the question]

My own experiences are rather limited... however, I do not believe so. Usually, there are not many inebriated unless there is some sort of celebration. Still...

[One of the drunks looks to be of the violent variety, so Saber shifts her direction towards the building disturbance]

This place is rather different from my own home in many ways, so perhaps the people behave differently.

There is always that possibility.

[While his attention remains on Saber, he gazes over to regard the drunk who's beginning to make a scene. Sensing the shift, Tassadar's movements begin to follow her's but at more of a distance. It was unlikely that his assistance would be required.]

How so does this place differ from your own?

A great number of ways. Perhaps the most pronounced difference is that neither the sun nor the moon possess faces where I am from.

[Unfortunately, at first glance the knight looks to be just a young girl, and tends to be underestimated. It doesn't help that the drunk's judgement is severely impaired]

None of the suns or moons in my sector or space hold such a trait either.

[Tassadar continues to remain by her for support. He has yet to see her fight, and wishes to gain insight before deciding to help out or not. Fighter's honour and all.]

Do the humans of your world act like the ones here?

Yes, they seem to be unique to this place.

[She frowned slightly... the drunk was ranting and gesturing angrily, but hadn't attacked anyone yet. So she waited for the moment]

Some do, but many do not. I have been able to understand some, but there is still much that is somewhat confusing to me.

[OOC: No worries! Been having some issues myself.]

[He continues to watch the drunk person. While he was still learning what he could about humans, Tassadar doubts this encounter will end well.]

I can see why such behaviour would cause confusion. I cannot see any logic or reason behind debilitating yourself in such a way.

[He's standing in one of the main streets of the residential area. The streets have been getting busy with the amount of people heading out on the town for the night. Humans were always a strange species.]
