With shaking hands and even worse nerves, he managed to get her on a leash. After that, he grabbed blankets and towels. Then, scooping the dog up, he held in a breath and went out the door, hoping he wouldn't drown or something.
Pepper likely made it there before Shishito finally got outside. He spotted the red car but hesitated. It was an older car (considering he was from 2029 of course) and the steering wheel was on the wrong side. More than that, he didn't know Pepper herself was the car. But he had to remind himself that Pepper was going to help. She probably wasn't a bad person. And it was thanks to her he was matched up with Colette in the first place. So, with all the bravery he could manage, he approached.

He froze when he realized she wanted him to sit behind the wheel. He didn't even need to be drenched in any rain to look kind of pitiful at that moment. "B-but I can't--!" Shishito started to panic but really didn't like being wet, so he slid obediently into the seat. Pepper didn't expect him to drive or anything did she? He twisted his hands together worriedly. He somehow felt saying he didn't know how to drive because he was a prisoner since very young would be a bad idea. She had to get here by herself somehow anyway....right...?

Still fretting over Colette, however, he sat with bandaged hands wrenching together and near his mouth, as if he were contemplating chewing his fingernails (if he had any). It was only the glance up to the rear view mirror that distracted him. Crazy or not, he was still a young man and Pepper did not seem to be wearing any clothes - he wasn't aware of Weapons appearing naked either.
"Oh...." He stared for a moment, going red in the face until he brought his hands up and dutifully covered his eyes.
"I...I don't know. I just saw her on the video feed, I guess. I only saw her when s-she was leaving the apartment. I-I don't know anything."

"I'll try..." he murmured through his hands, trying to concentrate on Colette. Colette was a warm person, different than the others; she was like Ganta... how hard could that kind of person be to track down?
"A-are you going to be..okay..." he had peeked through his fingers a moment to look at the road when he felt the struggling. But a shaky hand pointed in the driver side window's direction. "Maybe...over that way." He hoped it was right, he hoped it was right.

As it got closer and she recognized it for some sort of vechile, she gasped as she saw it jumping across the rooftops and heading it her direction.

Last he checked, cars were only supposed to go on roads, too. Needless to say, he was scared practically lifeless, but at least tears of terror were kind of blurring his vision. Until he thought he saw a glimmer of golden blonde bobbing in the water a small distance ahead and latched on briefly to Colette's wavelength.
"S-she's there! That's her! So can you just---" Stop driving. Or roof jumping. Or scaring him to death.
