That whole chat with America didn't do much for Prussia, to be honest. The two countries went babbling on, and while it seemed like they were on the same page, it turned out they were talking about two completely separate things. That bugged him to no end when he found out. What a waste of time! However, it wasn't a COMPLETE waste. America suggested he talk to England, and boy, Prussia was going to talk. Besides, they needed to have a good conversation. There was no way they would be able to continue on like this without a discussion.
This time, no shortcuts. No detours. He was going to go straight to the heart of the problem...whatever that problem was. He was pretty sure America didn't really tell him much about that. Well, whatever. He'd hear it from England's mouth, soon enough.

Had he been more awake, England would have paid attention to the way Prussia addressed him. After all, they usually called each other by their human names now. This would have concerned England if he'd had time to think about it. But it was also true that they were not as close to each other anymore. At least, not in England's eyes.
"Oh. What time is it," he asked groggily. The apartment was completely dark, save for light coming in from the outside. Must have been late.

Although Prussia wasn't experiencing fear, he could feel the pressure. There was no way that this topic wouldn't cover very heavy subjects that had been suppressed for quite a while, but they were going to have to surface whether England, or himself, liked it or not. "We need to talk, and the sooner, the better. Do you want anything by the way?"

"You're not sorry at all," he said, choosing to ignore the second half of Prussia's words. No, he didn't want anything, unless it was the option of being able to leave immediately. England knew there were few things that would make Prussia speak with such severity. He wasn't usually so formal.
