Description: Vergil lingers at training waiting to meet with a Weapon candidate, only to unexpectedly get trolled by Date encounter a potential rival for Genesis' affections.
It was growing later in the morning and participants of the morning's training session were slowly beginning to filter out from the grounds over time, leaving Vergil in an area set slightly apart from the trainers and other regulars. He'd arranged with Genesis to meet so that they could test their potential for resonation and the possibilities for future partnership, however it was growing late in the session and Vergil had already spent a great deal of time sparring and training with Rin.
Two concerns plagued him: the first that Genesis would appear to test his skills and find him in less-than-perfect form. Vergil's physical condition, while impressive, was nothing close to the stamina levels he'd possessed back in his own world as a half-demon. He'd pushed himself rather hard already today, though he imagined himself capable of another fight or two before exhaustion could set in.
His other concern regarded a man Genesis had mentioned, going by the name of "Date Masamune." He was a Meister, another accomplished swordsman, and another partner candidate. Vergil had not expected rivals.
Disconcerted, he brooded as he carefully carved the air with his practice sword, continuing as he had all morning with practicing forms. Though precisely measured as always, he did so at a marginally less rigorous pace than demonstrated previously.
