It was fortuitous that the safety patrol had been organised so promptly... just in time for a crisis of -- quite literally -- Biblical proportions. However, Saber did not think the Second Plague of Egypt looked quite like this

This was ridiculous! She had been intending to shop for a new dress when suddenly there had been a frog staring at her on the edge of the shelf. She had only stared at it in confusion, but when it had begun to actually eat the shirt she managed a short gasp of surprise.
There were others around as well, but they seemed more interested in the fabric and not the people rushing out of the store. Fortunately, this world could not take her own weapon of choice. Strange as it was, in fact she bought a new one that morning.
Reaching into her bags she pulled out the iron skillet, chasing some of the frogs out into the street- the heavy thunk of froggy flesh meeting solid metal seemed to be the only noise she was focused one. Running also seemed to keep the smoke from surrounding her. Which did make it easier to spot the cloud of smoke ahead of her.
"Excuse me? Is someone there?" She swung her pan backwards, smiling at the satisfying sound of another frog falling to the floor.

It didn't come as much of a surprise that there were people still about; the 'rain' had hit so suddenly that everyone was still scrambling for cover. On the one hand, it made Saber's work more difficult, having to direct traffic to the nearest shelter even as she took down frog after frog and sidestep the exploding ones. But on the other hand, it was all simply part of the job. And it wasn't as if she hadn't seen worse.
"Yes," she called out through the haze. "Are you in need of assistance to the closest shelter?"

Hungary blinked a bit, she was hardly ever asked something like that. "I'm fine, really, I was just about to ask if you're alright." She walks closer, obvious still a little peeved at having her shopping interrupted by frogs of all things.

The courtesy was certainly appreciated. "Yes, though I daresay none will be if this infestation persists."
A slight frown marred her girlish face as she scanned the scene, almost absently putting a frog out of its (and their) misery with a backhanded blow. "So it would seem. I have had to fight my way to this point to escort others to safety."
Saber had no difficulty multi-tasking in this situation, though she was more accustomed to barking orders simultaneously rather than simply having a conversation. It was a different sort of experience, certainly.
"I had thought that I should do something useful, especially since I had joined the safety patrol for this sort of situation."
A frog leaping up behind her was dealt an almost casual backhanded blow. "Still, I thank you for your kind words."
"The Safety Patrol. Then...you have a partner? Or are you on your own?" It was times such as these that she felt useless without her own abilities. She was used to allies and such, but...she had been her own tribe for so long.
Saber shook her head slightly. "I have no partner. However, while many of my abilities are missing, I am still capable of at least wielding a weapon."
It was somewhat frustrating to her, to be without her Servant's abilities, or even the magical ones she had possessed as a human. But it seemed that BREW had not revoked her knowledge, the training she had undergone almost from birth.
Saber pondered this even as she neatly sliced a frog in two, kicking it out of mid-air and away from the two women. And with good reason: the carcass exploded a safe distance away. "I do not believe it is deliberate, though perhaps the BREW should be engineered to allow for it."
The tiny girl sank deep into her knees and ducked as Magyar batted the frog away. "Good shot."
She smiled sweetly, "Thank you~" the frog exploded behind them and she looked around for anymore. At the small break she lowered her skillet, moving a strand of hair from her face.
"Perhaps, though I can't help but think of the more undesirable persons that are brought into the war. Really, if they can do damage without full powers. It really is a double edged sword."
Saber nodded. "A very good point. When I arrived, there had been an apparently dangerous individual about."
Jade green eyes quickly scanned the area for more of the strange amphibians, even as she recalled what she knew of the Crane incident. "I can only imagine how much more difficult it would have been to apprehend him, had he retained whatever abilities he had possessed."
"You were not here for the battle with Adachi?" She was very bad at keeping track of people that left or returned. Especially with how often it seemed to happen here.
With how many people she'd seen vanish.
"I am not sure, really, what his power are in his world. But Adachi was a terrible person."

"At least you're helping out." She watches some people move about, hurrying home to hopefully safety.

"Well-met. I am Saber."

But she was managing, her training was still there even if her once fabled strength was diminished.
"Please duck, Miss Saber." With that warning she swung towards the woman, aiming at the frog leaping towards both of them.
