Yuuri hadn't minded the silence for once, and as soon as they'd left Sara's room, the young Maou hadn't felt in the mood of talking. There had been so much that had been said in such a short amount of time that he was still working through it all. Yet Yuuri knew well what was bothering him more than anything else.

What Sara had said about his relationship with Wolfram wouldn't leave his thoughts. Sure, he'd managed to distract himself with searching for Kanon, a search that wasn't showing up any leads yet, but every time that his mind began to drift it seemed to gravitate back to that one point.

Was it really such a bad thing that he'd been doing? He cared a great deal for Wolfram, like he did for all of his friends, and he didn't want to see them sad or upset. Yuuri knew he'd been purposefully ignoring the whole engagement thing for a long time, but it hadn't always been on purpose. Finding the boxes and all the trouble Soushu created had eaten up a lot of his time, and in the few relaxing moments that they had, something else ( ... )

Usagi had been so lost in her own thoughts, and so... Really, if the whole conversation with Sara had done anything to her, it made her miss Mamoru. She'd pushed all thoughts of him, more than anyone else, as far from her mind as she could, because she knew if she thought on it too much she wouldn't be able to concentrate and do what she needed to do. But now, in this moment, she just wanted him there by her side.

Yuuri's sudden words broke through her hazy thoughts and she looked up in slight surprise. She blinked a few times, her expression softening. It was obvious from her expression that she wasn't alright, not really, and there was no point in lying to Yuuri about it, so she said, quietly, "I... will be."

While he was certain that she was still upset, Yuuri didn't try to urge Usagi to speak on it if she didn't want to. He knew what it was like not having those closest to you nearby since he'd felt like that without Conrad by his side. Unlike Usagi, however, he'd been fortunate enough that those closest to him had been drawn here.

"Well, if you ever need anyone to talk to, I'm always here," Yuuri offered before dropping his hold.

"I haven't seen any signs of Kanon around here," The young Maou said next before glancing at the streets around them, "Do you think we should go and see if he's in his apartment?"

Yuuri's kind words caused her to smile gently. "Thank you for that, Yuuri," she said, softly. There was a pause, and then she added, "You're very lucky. To have friends that care so much about you here with you."

"What does Kanon look like?" Usagi asked when it occurred to her that she actually had no idea who it was they were even looking for. And that was... decidedly unhelpful, really.
