Yuuri hadn't hesitated in signing himself up for the patrol - not after everything that had happened. His attempt to find Doctor Crane just recently hadn't resulted in any signs of the doctor, but that had hardly discouraged the young Maou. He was certain that he'd eventually be able to find the doctor. No, he needed to find Crane after what had happened.
The flash of Sara's attack swam through his mind, and as he stood in line to buy his cookie, the young Maou found himself falling quiet. He needed to get back to make sure that his friend was alright, and he wondered if he'd tried harder, if any of this would have happened.
While it wasn't much, maybe he should get Sara a cookie? Aaa that was a silly idea, but he couldn't help but find his mind straying back to the idea. Well, maybe he could get an extra one, and he'd have it if Sara didn't want it.
With his mind made up, Yuuri greeted the server cheerfully as he asked for his two chocolate chipped cookies.
