I'm having a bad case of end-game blahs

UFF (http://forums.ffonline.com/showthread.php?t=356&page=38) has less than 15 chapters to go.  Considering its over-all length (60 chapters to date) I'd say the last few ones would comprise the home stretch.  I started writing this monster in 2001 and I think, even by Icy Brian's standards, this has gone long enough.  Time to end it.  Time to end it!

But I'm having a bad case of the blahs.  Maybe writer's block, maybe something else (heaven forbid it's laziness).  Having an outline means I know exactly where it will go and how the end-game would play out. But I just cant... seem... to start the next chapter.  And it's beginning to frustrate me.

Last chapter (6 months ago), I inspired myself by watching LotR's Battle of Pelennor fields over and over.  I could still do that since it's pretty much still in a similar phase (given my notorious penchant for writing multi-chapter big battles).  But it's become repetitive for me and a so I need something else to give me a new head of steam.

Help?
