He's peering about and trying to assess all the repairs that need to be made to the place. It's not in too bad of shape. Yep. This will be his place. ]

Assessing the damage to the build before I make repairs to it.

Repairs? What for?

So that the building will be more livable.

But shouldn't you get help or something?

That's- that's a lot of work for just one guy.

I was going to make all of the repairs myself, but some people have been offering their help. [It's very surprise! He didn't expect people to be that kind here.]

But even after it's fixed...

-Isn't it gonna get cold in there?

I hope to find a way to fix it up so that it doesn't. [Maybe try to get some sort of heater or something installed.]
