Naaah, not (yet???) Snow doesn't really fall in the Nevada lowlands. It's going to be rather cold, though--prime conditions for a madness-wavelength-induced freak snowstorm, if you really really want it to snow in the desert.
Actually, it's a good thing that today's weather is clear despite the cold, because today's the day that Shibusen will be handing out the new communicators. Staff will be setting up booths in the school, the apartment lobbies, the clinic, Watch, Agency and other offices, where guests can come swap their old communicators for the new ones. Just one device to each guest! They will be customized to your soul wavelength signatures. Two days after, the old communicators will stop functioning. People who fail to claim them today must then personally visit the school to get them replaced.
Second, please reread the mission guidelines to be sure that you're aware of mission pacing and requirements. The rules have been updated a bit! (Scroll down past the table for the guidelines.)
Third, do feel free to avail of the the in-game partnership coordination services if you're having trouble finding a partner. Don't be afraid to try new things! The DCFC log will also be going up in this day change, so that's another opportunity to go partner-hunting if you want someone more battle-capable.
