Yeah, you're right...but back home, for example, we had a team! And everything that needed to be done, just a couple people did it, instead of everyone.

Sounds similar to my own brigade. For example I wouldn't dream of telling a mage with a lifetime of study how to do their job, while I doubt they would be able to handle a sword.
