[When the video feed turns on, Souji is sitting behind a desk, papers all over the place. He gives a tired smile into the feed.]
Hello, my name is Souji Seta, and I'm the leader of S.E.E.S. here. I've been busy the past few days, so I haven't been able to say hello to everyone like I would like, so I'll take the time now to say hello to all of the new people who've shown up. I hope you guys are settling in all right, and I hope you also all got the baskets that S.E.E.S put together for you. There should be some clean clothes and some food, along with toiletries to last you for a little bit, or at least until you can go get some new things.
[He pushes away some papers; he needed to get more folders, now.]
In regard to S.E.E.S, this is also a recruitment for it. S.E.E.S is a group for people twenty years old and younger, and it's for the people who don't really want to fight in this war, but still give them a way to help out. Before anyone asks, I do want to say that joining S.E.E.S does not mean you won't be able to fight, or to join any other groups; you can still join the Watch and be a part of S.E.E.S, and we'll work with you to make sure the schedules don't clash. S.E.E.S is an activities group, and we do a lot of different ones; examples of future activities will be scavenger hunts throughout the city, tournament style fighting, even things like rope courses where you have to learn to help each other and trust each other. What S.E.E.S wants to do is to help you find a Meister or Weapon partner through natural means by getting to know the people around you and learning how to trust one another.
We also try to help out when it comes to the city. The baskets you got when you came to the Casualty Communal are filled with donations from the people in the city, as well as from Shibusen; we just put them together. We're here to help people. We're all in the same boat here, and it doesn't make any sense to be fighting each other when we have a real war going on. I'm inviting all of you who want to take a look here. This is where you can sign up, and you can get some more information about S.E.E.S. If you have any questions that aren't answered, let me know, and I'll answer them the best that I can.

This brings me to the second thing I need to let everyone know about. As some of the people who've been here awhile know, there's a big mission to Arizona coming up soon. There are some people who are going there, but myself and other S.E.E.S members are not going. Unfortunately, most of the people who have arrived here for the first time are also not going to be able to go, and because of this, S.E.E.S and Shibusen has worked together to come up with some things to do while everyone else is away.
We'll be doing a few things, and at the end, there will be a catered event where everyone can meet each other and have time to talk. There will be three groups, so we'll split everyone up and we'll be rotating everything; you will get a chance to do everything, so don't worry about what group you'll be in.
[He pauses for a moment.] And I guess that's it. If you have any questions, again, let me know, and I hope to hear from a lot of you. [Smiles.]

Hey guys, so I know that some of you are going to be going on the Arizona mission, but could I get a show of hands who's going and who's staying behind? I'd appreciate it, and it will help out a lot with this group thing we're doing with Shibusen. The three things we're going to be doing are giving a tour of the mall, giving a more detailed tour of the districts, and then we're going to be doing something called Technology 101. [He grins.]
There are a lot of people who've arrived who don't know some of the basic stuff, like how to use the communicators properly, as well as some things like the appliances in the kitchen. It's going to be boring for some of you since you do know, but let's take this time to be friendly about it. We're all getting free food at Northern Lights after, so I think it evens it out.
If anyone needs me, I'm going to be at S.E.E.S headquarters for the rest of today.
