If someone's in danger or trapped somewhere I guess. There've been explosions or people...stuck in sand. I haven't been here that long so I can't give very good examples.

Just press it when you need help urgently I guess.

To be honest I'm not really sure. [ he's been here a while now...but then he went home for a week in between. ]

Doesn't seem to stay quiet too long though. New guests arrive every so often if nothing else.

It's a pretty big group, it's up to you whether to join or not but it's somewhere to start.

Uniforms? No, the Watch doesn't require uniforms.

A three pronged dagger...it might be better to show you. [ Insert transformation sequence here. Allen lands neatly, impaling the blade against the desk that he's set the communicator on. Oh and then he pops out the two separate blades. ]
