It's as lively as ever around here, it seems. [Smiles.] I'm grateful to be back, I'll have to say. How has everyone been?

In case you've recently arrived and I haven't had the opportunity to greet you: my name is Roy Mustang. I'm the head of Death City's Office for General Security, and the 'Commander' of the Watch. If you ever need anything - if you have questions, concerns, or if you just need someone to talk to - feel free to let me know.

I'd appreciate updates from all of you. I've read through some of the older posts on the network, but I want to make sure I've caught up completely. On another note, our office is going to move to a vacant building in the Financial and Service District within the next few days... Shirley, Aerith, I'm going to need your help for that. The move will be good for us, I think, since we need to expand. Anyway.

I know for a fact that a lot of you are busy with your own things at the moment, so I'll have to say a bit of what I need to say here.
Eleven days ago, as the Zone Leaders among you are already aware, Sarah Kerrigan and I left Death City on a special assignment. The nature of this mission was to attempt to follow the witches and see if we can locate one of their bases. Suffice to say, we found what we were looking for.
[Folding his hands in front of him, looking incredibly serious.]
Battle plans are in the works, and I'd much rather tell the lot of you everything that you need to know in person. We can't exactly trust the security of the network with delicate information these days.
I'm going to be in my office the entire day tomorrow, and hold two meetings. The first will be from 12 to 6 PM - the next will be from 6 PM to midnight. This should allow everyone a chance to come in and see me, so that I can give them the details of the upcoming operation.
[He falls silent for a moment. Then, he adds in a softer voice:]
I'd suggest training well for the next few days. We're going to need it.
Filtered: The Watch again EXCEPT now Selendis and Karkat aren't on the filter;
[Now a smile's easing his features.]
Anyway, I'm sure some of you have heard from Gai about this already, but I believe there will be a party at Selendis and Karkat's new place. Make sure to drop in, all right?
