[This post is made around six in the morning, two hours after the end of the invasion. Anyone will be able to tell that yes, Armstrong is pretty exhausted, but he's a man who went through a war of his own so he's very much able to keep himself going still.]
As of two hours ago, the kishin army has been successfully defeated. [Pause.] I thank everyone - Watch, SEES, Shibusen, Agency or otherwise - who has given their effort in helping to defend the city and aid the populace - this could not have happened with all your help. There were minimal casualties from what I understand, and hearing that is indeed a great relief.
Watch members, please sound off here and report to me about your status once you are able. Zone Leaders, report to me about the state of your assigned area as well as the members under your case. For those who have been injured, please report to me how long you will be out of action, and I will see to it that your shifts and zones will be covered promptly. People who are able to work still, feel free to report as usual - those who are not and need their rest first, feel free to resume work tomorrow instead.
