[the video clicks on and the camera is a little shaky for a moment as Sasuke crouches down. after a moment the image focuses to a point a little distance away from him where what looks like a pack of abnormally large, feral cats have taken up residence near Zone 4.]

[and a pause, the camera drops a little as Sasuke straightens and looks off to his left, then the camera pans over and shows-- quite a few more mutated cats, spread out over a wide distance covering Zone 1 as well. he huffs, sounds somewhere between amused and condescending.]
