There have been many new people here since I last posted. Hello! It is a pleasure to meet you.
Doctor Watson has been gracious enough to lend his time and continue teaching me to read. I am doing fairly, although there are still many words I do not know yet. I would be very grateful to anyone willing to help me practice and reply to this in words rather than speech. It is a good way to get to know people as well as hone skills. [Jeanne doesn't know anything about smilies, but you can feel her excitement seeping through the text. LOOK GUYS I CAN READ :D :D]
All Hallows' Eve is coming quickly, and while I will not be chasing away the spirits I wish all those who are the best of luck. I will try to remember to purchase some sweets for anyone who comes to my door. Unfortunately my cooking skills do not match with the new things here, so I cannot make my own cakes.
I hope to see some of you at mass! Although I am not sure how many of you will be able to stay awake so soon after the revelry.
