Most of the countries are from very different times. My brother isn't from the current year, the one that this city is in.

Not really. America, the country that Death City is in, is much younger then I am. He was founded only a few centuries ago.

Also BREW doesn't always pull us from the same year.

Make sure he is. Though, he is very protective of his citizen so...really, that's the only good thing I can think of.
