Well, at least that's better than a sword! Even if it sounds like way too much work.
[She sounds a little under-enthusiastic: Vriska likes games with high stakes or anything that takes extreme chance. Doing spatial puzzles isn't her idea of a good time, but it's a little more interesting than the prospect of shooting her enemies down.]

There are also motorcycles and frying pans, aru. What makes you wish for one over another? Aside from lack of originality.

Normal weapons are way too predictable. I want a thrill, something exciting! And guns? Ha!
[There's a bit of contempt at the end there.]
Plus... well, what good is luck if you don't get to use it?

I would say it is not luck at all. You rely on that?
Reply
Almost! But I don't rely on luck. I use it.
[There's a pause that is simultaneously smug, serious, and dramatic.]
It's kind of my thing! I have all of the luck. All of it.
Why waste it?

[a bit blankly. he's not sure to take this as a power or... not. weird, in any case. plus--!]
Does that not include bad luck, aru?

[She's not going to dignify that first bit with a response just yet. not unless you press it. Haven't you ever felt lucky, Yao Wong?]
Reply
[just kind of deadpan. he's felt luck, but... luck was only luck when it came sparingly.]
But then you should be lucky with any Weapon you choose.

[And now it has come full-circle! She seems pretty pleased that you've caught on, though.
Whether you meant to or not.]
Reply
[not.. quite.]

That depends on what you mean by difficult.
If you mean some sort of awful monstrosity with eight million parts, then yes.
But if it's only hard because it takes luck and skill, then that's exactly what I'm looking for.

[this whole picky concept... well, he was a Weapon, so he didn't typically think about it, anyway.]

[Vriska sets her chin on one hand, making her voice sound a little odd.]
And some more for some people than others!
[She makes a face you can't see and takes her chin off her hand, straightening up.]
But the things that make, say, a gun challenging to some people are exactly the same things that make them pathetically simple and sponge-numbingly boring for me.
So.
Know any good Weapons, buddy?

There has been a piano and a motorcycle before, for instance. Or a skateboard. A microphone. A flamethrower.
But I have never heard of dice or anything that relies on luck alone. I... apologize. [he-- guesses.]
