[The video clicks on, Ash has the communicator resting on the pillow. He's using another one to keep his head elevated, since he's laying on his stomach. He has horrible, horrible bed head and the lack of his hat does make him feel weird. He gives a little wave.]
Hey...guys. I just noticed that there's a lot of people coming in again! So...Hi! I'm Ash from Pallet Town.
[There's an odd plick sound in the background, he's playing with the tape on his wrist again.]
And...I wanna thank everyone who saved us. You guys didn't have to but you did, and that means a lot.
[He grins but it doesn't really reach his eyes yet.]
