Hello Death City, and a special hello to all those newcomers out there.
My name is Rise Kujikawa. Much like you I was brought here by BREW quite a long time ago. I guess you could say I'm a senior amongst the recruits, so I've come to know the ways of this world and how Shibusen works pretty well.
That's why I've make this file which I send out to all of you now. The information is a little outdated unfortunately. Recent events have made it rather difficult to find time for me to work on this, but hopefully now that things are calming down a bit I'll be able to work on it.
For any of those who have been here a while, and would like to me add or change some information, please let me know.
As for you newcomers, if you have any remaining questions please feel free to direct them at me. I'm thinking of perhaps hosting a little information session over at Northern Lights to catch people up on the recent events of the war and answer any other questions--particularly ones you may not yet be comfortable asking Shibusen personnel, and it could serve as a good way to meet your fellow recruits, new and old. If there is enough interest I'll get to planning it out.
