First I would like to confirm that Shinra Kishitani has returned to Ikebukuro. I'm a little late in informing the network, and you all have my apology for that.
I also want to greet the newcomers. I know this can be terribly confusing and a little scary, but I'd still like to welcome you all to Death City.
