It is Watson, face still drawn and pale but not looking quite so destroyed as yesterday. He's had an exceedingly long period of sleep, and fresh bandages will do wonders for a battered body. But he doesn't look any happier, and finding the video function on exasperates him.]

It seems quite long ago since I've held one of these in my hands. Thank you for the new device, it is very kind of Shibusen. A message to my companions, please. [He kind of doesn't know how to filter to so many people, and their accounts are all new.]
I find it very urgent to warn you all against an excess in meals now that we are returned to the city. After going so long without proper nourishment, we may yet catch our deaths in overindulging in heavy grain or meat. It is imperative to allow your systems to adjust, and it would do you good to follow my prescription to the letter.
You may have four spoons of pap -- that is, porridge or gruel -- every other hour and no more for the first two days. You will be allowed no meat and no alcohol, but you may drink as much water as you wish provided that you do not exceed a gallon in a day.
Starting on the third day, you may have a meal per four hours comprised of some chicken or fish with mash or soft vegetables; pork, mutton or beef are not allowed. Spirits at this point are also acceptable provided that you only consume a pint, or an ounce per meal.
After a week of this low diet, you may ease into your usual meals at no danger to yourself.
I shall be resuming my duties beginning tonight or tomorrow morning, and you may expect me to cross the quaint little boundaries of our temporal portions of the clinic to check on your various states.
