Fourth Prayer | Sept 27 | Video/Text

[The day after the most recent invasion by the sand constructs, Witches and 'associates', sometime in the early afternoon a recording reaches the network from Justin Law. He appears to be standing amongst the rubble that was previously the large open terrace in front of the entrance to the Shibusen Academy.

It doesn't quite look like a terrace anymore, so much as a devastated, horribly uneven stretch of boulders and jagged chunks of stone and brick. For all the good it does - which isn't much - Justin is perched amongst the debris with merely a broom in hand. A moment after the video begins, he takes a seat on a precariously balanced rock, positions the broom against his leg and begins typing.]

Shibusen has instructed me to inform the citizenry- [probably as punishment] -regarding one of the individuals responsible for the recent abductions and attacks, since questions have been raised regarding his identity.

The person in question is a man by the name of Giriko. He is an Autonomous Weapon not unlike myself who has the ability to fight without the aid of a Meister with great effectiveness. He has lived for eight hundred years and is possibly one of the earliest Weapons to have existed in history, and he possesses power that rivals that of a Death Scythe.

His Weapon Form is that of a chainsaw, however he is also an Enchanter who can create and control multiple golems at once in the midst of battle, and is almost guaranteed to be responsible for the 'sand constructs' that invaded. At this time he is one of the most powerful Technicians in existence, proving capable of fending off the recent search teams without sustaining injury.

[Idly, Justin nudges a piece of rock with his foot.]

And he really hates Shibusen.
