[In the midst of ranting, snarking and reports of kidnappings going on the network, here's another video from a newcomer. Like the other newcomers, he doesn't look happy and he looks like he's about to raise a complaint...when he suddenly gets up and holds up a signboard saying "Have you seen my Elizabeth?".

It doesn't!? That's impossible, surely even an inanimate device like BREW must recognize Elizabeth's potential as a worthy warrior to defend Death City against the Witches! At the very least, she would have made the perfect Weapon for me!

I only intended to show that Elizabeth cannot speak because that seems to make people sympathize. ...It doesn't seem to have worked though, no one in this city could be that heartless as to ignore this plea for help.
Anyway, your puffin couldn't possibly be here since it's dangerous. My Elizabeth may be a fearsome warrior, but she also enjoys tea, origami and walking in the park. We fight in the name of peace back at our home so I do not understand why would she not be here with me.

Even then, it's just too cruel for her to look for me in Edo while I am here looking for her in Death City! Though absence makes the heart fonder, how fond will we become before we die of misery?

It is a pleasure to meet you, Eirikur-san. I am Katsura Kotarou and I must apologize for not introducing myself earlier as I was too distressed about Elizabeth's disappearance. [And then, a lightbulb!]
Eirikur-san, are you a Meister or a Weapon? I wish to know more about either that I might be of some assistance until my Elizabeth is here.

I'm a Meister. Can't say much, since I arrived with the last batch of new arrivals. But I'll try. [ Thoughtful pause with an equally thoughtful look. ] A Meister needs a Weapon to wield, and a Weapon needs a Meister to wield them. It's possible for a Meister to wield two Weapons at once, in case of siblings or twins, but I guess it's not possible for a Weapon to be wielded by two Meisters. When a Meister and a Weapon was completely in-sync with each other, Resonation can be achieved. [ Another pause to catch his breath. ] Catching up so far?

In other words, a Meister can wield Weapons with blood ties, a Weapon may only be bonded with one person at a time and a completely attuned Meister and Weapon pair can unleash something like a Limit Break.
...Elizabeth, you'd still always be my perfect Weapon. I'm sure of it.

A Meister can also only have one partner at a time. Unless, like I said before, he or she could resonate with a pair of twins or sibling Weapons. But yes. [ ... ] And don't try to grab someone else's partner, even if you could resonate with them.
[ Doesn't know what a Limit Break is and it sounded suspiciously like something in a video game, but figured out that it must be like Resonation. Ignoring the last part, by the way. ]

I would not dream of doing such a dishonorable thing, as that would be akin to stealing another samurai's sword. If I am able to resonate with even one person, it's likely that I can do so with another person, is it not? If I am to achieve this...resonation thing, I would prefer my partner to be completely willing to do so to minimize potential issues.
