[Naoto is looking uncharacteristically humble as she addresses the network - contrasting with her typical solemn and slightly cool demeanor.]
I have a few announcements regarding the Agency. First, [and her voice raises just fractionally in proud embarrassment] I am honored to announce that my partner Raidou and I have agreed to make the agency a joint effort of our two detective families. It will now be known as the Kuzunoha-Shirogane Detective Agency. I...[her voice goes quiet as her eyes drift to someone off-screen, no doubt to her partner] have no way to adequately express how much this pleases me.
[She clears her throat and returns to a more solemn and business-like voice.]
A second point of interest: To those employed by the Agency, I am pleased to inform you that the building has sustained very little damage in the violent storm the city recently experienced. While there was a bit of flooding, the water has since been removed and all employees may resume their duties...
...This brings me to my third and final point, and perhaps the most imperative. The Agency has been hired by Shibusen to investigate a series of unusual and mysterious sightings that have been reported since before the deluge. It seems that the sightings have been both disturbing and supernatural in nature. I don't believe I need to explain that such a unique mystery is exactly the sort of case that the Agency specializes in.
Individuals will be required to investigate the locations reported as having these strange apparitions as well as volunteers to document the stories of those who have witnessed these sightings. Agency employees, please contact me immediately if you are interested in participating in this case.
