[He's been all over the network lately, hasn't he? Also: it's clear from the background noise that he's not indoors. And possibly moving around.]
We've received a report that there are kishin eggs wandering around beyond the walls of Death City. The flash floods swept a lot of people out to the desert yesterday - I don't want to think about what it'll be like, if the same thing happens now.
...Overall, I would like to request that everyone remain indoors as much as possible. If you have pressing business, however, try not to leave your homes without company, and be careful.
Also: I would like to remind all of you to report any criminal activity to me or other members of the Watch immediately. If in case you cannot get a hold of any of us, feel free to drop a line here.

Consider all of you deployed until this rain lets up. Take breaks when you need to, and stay alert. I'll be on the move, so you'll only be able to reach me through the PDA.
We haven't received any orders regarding the kishin eggs... I'm checking up on this detail as we speak. For the moment, let's assume that we are not to pursue them, and prioritize keeping everybody safe and dry and indoors.
Ezio, you're on your own for your shift once things settle down. Your partner has requested for a leave, and I'm not sure how long she'll be out just yet.
