Matty is gone. Or Canada as some of you know him as. BREW returned him. All his stuff is gone from the apartment.
[the usual cheeriness is gone from her voice; for once she isn't bothering to cover her sadness]
Seems like BREW has been breaking up a lot of partnerships and friends lately. [there's a moment of silence again]
There was one thing. A letter. Matty and I realized something like this could happen at any moment so we had each written one up. He's left a lot of messages for people so...I'll let you know if there is anything for you any of you.
To everyone who works for Northern Lights. Matt left me the restaurant. We're going to keep this place running and make it the best in all of Death City, so if he ever returns he can come back and see what all his hard work has brought about. I think I've spoken with most of you in the past, but let me know if you're still sticking around.
