I need people’s help to prove my bird friend ISN’T imaginary. Because… There IS a bird outside and he DOES visit me sometimes... Just not when other people are around. But today I’m going to show everybody that he’s really real! I have some food and it’s a good day today. I think I’ll be able to tape him. So here we go.
[Placing the small device in a pocket the feed turns dark and jittery, cutting off and shortly restarting… blue sky fills the screen, marred only by a section of the balcony in the lower left corner.]
Here Tamosim! Here bird! I have some food for you! See! Come on…. It’s just me! I know you’re hungry.
[Impatient, as any girl her age would be, Eve waits two minutes before giving up, a little disinherited. She speaks to the device directly once more.]
I guess he’s not coming… But he is real. He’s just… shy… and smart. Maybe he’s magic or something. Has anyone else seen him? Or the man who found him before I did? If you have… please tell me.
