Another attack has passed, and the city has once again returned to normal. And yet, I can't help wondering when we will be attacked again.

Both.

The ability to solve complicated puzzles is often related to a higher IQ, which, in theory, would indicate a higher intellectual ability. By identifying those of us who have better mental capacities, our resources could be pooled in order to create a better team of strategists and tacticians, which would obviously help in the fight against the Witches.

[Or maybe Near just made this post to look for a potential Meister, because of his Weapon Form. SHHHHH.]
