I want some fucking answers.
[It's a feed very unlike Heine's usual transmissions over the network. There was neither an awkward shuffling first, nor a long trademark pause between the broadcast and him actually saying something. No, this time Heine is looking directly down the lens with a murderous glare. He isn't in his apartment this time--or any other apartment from the look of it--but outside somewhere in the city and looking suspiciously like he's been awake and active for longer than he should. Not shocking, given the state of affairs, but--]
Four people vanished during that Madness shit. And I don't mean wandered off like goddamn crazy zombies; I mean vanished. As in there one second and gone the next.
I want to know why.
Is that what BREW pulls when it sends people back? And if it is, why the hell is their shit still in their damn rooms?
[Yes, if it wasn't clear by now, he's directly addressing Shibusen's staff in a very unsubtle way through this feed (but he won't necessarily ignore anyone else who may try to speak about this matter).
