D: He was bandaged perfectly however to avoid scarring everyone with his unsymmetrical self, sob. He even hid one of the bruises with make-up. Injured evenly. That's how he rolls.]

I am sure everyone has realized that madness swept through our city yesterday. The cause of it was Asura, a kishin. [His face turns a bit grim] He...is the real thing. Several of you have experienced fighting kishin eggs first hand. Well, they become pure kishins if they are left alone. They are dangerous on a whole different level. This is the reason why Shibusen was founded in the first place.
Luckily, we were able to chase him out, but he is still alive and out there somewhere. The damages he suffered were great, however, so hopefully, it will give us time to recover. However, we aren't going to be taking any chances... which brings me to my next point. Shibusen is already working on a reliable system of protecting the city when the staff cannot. I'll report to all of you when it is ready.
Shibusen will also be compensating for any damages that the people might have suffered so please report if you need anything. For those who have lost someone dear, I wish there was something else I could offer besides apologies. If you need our assistance anywhere or anytime, please do not hesitate to contact us.
