Salutations, everyone. For the new arrivals in Death City, and those who may have missed my previous posts to the network... I am Raidou Kuzunoha, of the Kuzunoha Detective Agency. I am a Meister, partnered to Naoto Shirogane.
[Dips his head low for a moment, rather than bowing. He's seated in his offie.]
I am happy to report that repairs are underway at the Agency - we remain fully operational, of course, and ready to take on job requests.
On that note, I would also like to remind current members of the Agency to formalize their applications with us. Interested parties who have not heard of the agency before my also apply. You are welcome to contact me here, or at the inbox I have created for my business.
[He provides a
link to his inbox at that point.]
Thank you for your time.
[Another dip of the head, in farewell. Although:]

I have been unable to search for a suitable cat for the agency, and I fear that with the recent attack on Death City, the pet store may no longer have one available for us.
Might any of you be able to suggest a viable alternative?

I must find a way to repay you for your kindness.

Case File: Norad, Jonathan Crane, and Duty
It has been a long time since I have managed to sit down at length and gather my thoughts, and much has happened. Shibusen has managed to score a strategic victory against the witches, and have returned with one of the prized members of their faculty.
On the other hand, my Agency has suffered a terrible blow: we failed to guard the criminal Jonathan Crane, and have ended up losing him to the witches. Nothing is known about his fate - it is entirely possible that he will align himself with them, and the witches will use him for nefarious purposes.
Death City is not the place that I, as the 14th Kuzunoha, have been assigned to protect: my place is in the Capital, guarding my sacred land against the forces of Darkness. Nevertheless, I must do my best to assist the people of Shibusen in their war, that BREW may find it suitable to return me to my real duties.
...I worry, though, that the Capital may find me lacking in my abilities, that I will not be enough to stand tall as the people's shield. It is this recent incident that has made me consider the possibility that perhaps, indeed, I am unworthy of my title.
It is not, however, a duty that I can look away from.
