What would be considered the best way to gain control of one's "weapon" form?

As in learn how to seamlessly transition between human and weapon form.

I found it difficult to do that in the beginning as well, but the more practice you get in the easier it gets.

Yes, I am. I suppose practice is the easiest route, but considering the mission tomorrow, I need a good way to at least shift into my weapon form.
