What would be considered the best way to gain control of one's "weapon" form?

For me the difficult part was changing back to myself after the first time. After that it was easy.

You would think. I can't take all of the credit for changing back the first time, as I had help. I'm just unsure of what triggered the change in the first place.

How good are you at taking a fall?

I have the hardest time with meditation.

As for taking a fall, I wouldn't know. I've heard that's one of the ways to do it, but I don't know how effective it would be if I had to fall every time I needed to transform.

For me it was just the first time. It was easier to figure out how to change after that, but I guess it is different for everyone.

Understandable. I have managed to change once, but it was while I was asleep. So I'm unsure as to what triggered my initial transformation.

I have not. I haven't had a chance yet.

You'd think a school that has been dealing with this sort of problem for such a long time would have a much simpler solution than vaulting oneself down a stairwell.

Or I should just get better at meditation.
