So I've been thinking about it!

For a while now, I couldn't decide what I wanted in a partner, you know? Someone who will take orders from me without question, yet'll still think of me as an Equal; someone who's Brave and has a Hero's Soul! Someone with Guts and Spirit!

And I was thinking about it! And thinking about it! I thought about this problem ( Read more... )

I'm sure that's not how it works, but you sound determined enough to see it through. So I'm certain you'll figure something out.

You're pretty clever!

Thanks.

Though I still think you should keep an eye out for your ideal partner, there's no harm in finding a way to work by yourself. It'd be like practicing your skills for when you do find someone you go well with.

It couldn't hurt, I guess. The world is full of opportunities, especially America.

I figure if I can get a piece of string and tie it to my trigger, I can sort of shoot myself with a pulley system. It'll work!

I've heard a lot of people say that, so it must be true.

Have you decided how you'll actually pull the string to shoot?

[voice] so you were off fooling around with some slutty skank of an internet service?! D: 50starhero July 26 2009, 07:25:14 UTC
Hehehe~. Thanks!

I figure, if I can just learn to wiggle the cylinder a bit...! I can attach the string to that! Or I could always build a robot to do it for me. Either way works, really!

[voice] Yes. Yes I was. I'm sorry. setasouji July 26 2009, 07:27:14 UTC
[He chuckles, if only a little.]

You'd be better off building a whole robot to shoot you, then. You could program it to be like you and everything.

Hey, that's not a bad idea! He would do everything I tell him to! And act just like me! ...But if he acts just like me then he might rebel....

But that's getting into messy business right there. Repressing Robomerica's freedom of Will! I have to admit, I'm... torn.

All right... [Thoughtful pause.] Find a way to convince him you would be the right man to follow?

I am the right man to follow! So it shouldn't be too hard. His robo-Hero's-heart beats with the same lifeblood of freedom and determination that everyone else's does! As long as I'm me, his heart will know.

...Oh! Hey! You make a good adviser. I'm Alfred F. Jones, the United States of America, nice ta meet cha'!

Then you should have no trouble at all convincing him you're the right man for the job. I can't wait to see what happens.

[Though he pauses again, Souji's already talked to China so he's not really all that surprised to hear there's an America, too.] Nice to meet you, Alfred. I'm Souji Seta.
