I see that there have been new arrivals today. Welcome to Death City. I am Germany, in charge of coordinating operations on the guests' side, and a weapon wielded by my partner, Italien. Here are several things of note:

One: Please be careful when leaving the Communal. There is a wanted criminal on the run called Jonathan Crane. He conducts experiments on people to call forth their greatest fears. Please return to the Communal before dark and do not leave without a companion.
Two: Construction next to the building is currently ongoing. It is for the improvement of the clinic that are used by our resident doctor, Winry Rockbell. Any assistance on the project will be appreciated. This building is projected to open by the 14th of August. Another construction project will start soon after, on some units in the Communal themselves.
Three: If you have not yet been informed of your type regarding being a meister or a weapon, please approach the following: Professor Stein and Maka Albarn from Shibusen, and Watanuki Kimihiro and Allen Walker from the guests. They have the ability to tell you what you are.
Four: Classes for beginners are held every Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays by the Shibusen staff, at ten-thirty in the morning. Classes are at Shibusen. This is where you learn other important things that you need to know about this world. Please attend, provided that you signed their contract. Otherwise, Professor Spirit -- otherwise known as Deathscycthe -- has informed me that he will conduct classes during training.
Five: Training. I have organized training sessions every morning at six. There are four batches to the training, depending on your level as a fighter, and trainers. Please also attend. Weapons training also occurs there on the days when the Deathscythe is not busy conducting lessons for the other beginners.
