It sounds to me like we should be fighting the people who kidnapped us, not these witches. I know lots of witches and most of them are brilliant.

[The corner of his mouth goes up and he forces it back down again.]

[He shrugs at the questions. Hey, Aladdin's not exactly an expert on magic. That's Genie's field] I don't know. I've never met any witches. Or wizards. Guess these ones might not be like the witches you know?

I don't know. They go around killing and torturing people and calling you 'Little baby Potter'.

[he frowns] That...that's awful. Are they the ones you had to fight in your home?

Yeah, I guess it's not as easy as all that. There are people here who were dead in my world.

[He sighs.]

It was awful. And, yeah, she was one of them, but some were wizards just like me. We were all magical people, just with different ideas about how that magic should be used.

Woah, really? This thing brings back the dead? Not even Genie could do that...

Hey, people with magic can't all be bad, right? I mean, they even have magic here. Like the magic mirror boxes, and the lights that don't have fire, and the box that stays cold inside all the time...and BREW's gotta be magic too, right? I mean, it brings people here and makes some of them able to turn into Weapons. So they can't be against magic here when they use it, right? Maybe the Witches are just the people who use that "dark magic" you were talking about.

Ah, not like that. If someone is dead then they are dead forever. But there's a man here who was definitely dead in my world. I saw him get killed with my own eyes. And yet, he's here, probably taken from a time before he died.

[Harry grins]

People with magic definitely aren't all bad. Some of them are pretty great, in fact.

[Harry keeps smiling, but averts his eyes for a moment.]

That's actually electricity, which isn't magic. It's science. I don't know about BREW, though. That sounds like it must run on magic of some kind.

And I've seen enough wizards and witches using dark magic to last me a lifetime. I hope that's not what's going on here.
