[The video feed comes on, but the picture is tilted sideways. The face that appears is smiling, but looks troubled nonetheless. He seems oblivious to the fact he isn't holding the PDA straight.]

They did say something about being able to contact people through this. [He pauses for a short moment, looking slightly uncomfortable.] I guess you all did a lot while I was at Russia's house.

This is America's house, isn't it? [He scratches thoughtfully at his cheek, looking unsure.]

I'm sorry to come by unannounced; I hadn't really been planning to... Actually, I'm not even sure how I got here. [He chuckles nervously.]

[There is a pause that lasts a few beats.] Is this really America's house? It seems like there's a lot of things...[He considers for a moment.]...different. But it's Nevada, so I suppose it must be?

[Still looking a bit confused about this all, he nevertheless smiles brightly.] Regardless, I'm glad to get to visit your house again, America. I didn't know you'd changed your customs procedure since I was here before. Though with how long it's been, I suppose that isn't surprising. Was it Tony's idea?

[Looking a little sheepish.] Aha, well, I hope this really does send messages to people...

[Muttering to himself as he messes with the PDA.] How is it that this turns of-- [Feed cuts.]
