[the PDA turns on abruptly, and the picture moves fuzzily, as if the communicator's in motion somehow. it stops then, and all you can see are tiny feet in wooden sandals and the edge of what seems of be a petal pink yukata.

looks like the PDA had fallen out of someone's pocket, and its owner seems preoccupied with other things]
