No one has ever sounded more reluctant than Rhode Kamelot does right now- Except, perhaps, Rhode Kamelot when she's talking about studying. ]
So...
We can't get out of here and get home until they get their whatever fixed, and that can't happen unless they win their stupid war. And they can't win their stupid war without people to fight it, but they won't have people to fight it if everyone dies.
[ Another pause, at least a minute in length;]
If someone doesn't have a stupid partner thing, and they decide to sign the stupid contract, does that even help move anything along to get us home faster? Or does--
[ And again, she pauses- but when she speaks again, the reluctant tone has a lot more frustration to it. ]
I want to make things happen. Sitting around and doing nothing all the time is boring.
