Ah, so I can't help but to wonder.

Since we're in a school and we're all about to take classes, what do you think we should bring? Paper? Pens? Will we be sitting at a desk or ...perhaps it'll be more hands on than that ( Read more... )

I suppose it depends on what courses you're taking. For theory, pen and paper at a desk, pouring over books. As for hands on lessons... Well, it is called 'practical'.

... Between the schools in the first district back home and the teachings at the church, I think I enjoyed learning at the church more.

I see.

The church? Interesting, what kind of lessons did you get there. Was is soley religious or did they teach you other things, as well?

We have to learn other things as well. It takes more than simple knowledge of the legends surrounding the seven ghosts...

Learning how to utilize zaiphon and how to exterminate Kor is also a part of our duties, albeit some people are better suited for the role of bishop than others.

Legend of the seven ghosts? I'm not familiar.

Ah, your schooling sounds very interesting.

You don't know about the Seven Ghosts- [pause]

Well, it's a long story, really. The short version of it is just that they are the guardians of my world. Sent by the Chief of Heavens to keep the traitor Verloren sealed so that he may not taint the beautiful souls that are born in the world with darkness.

It is. And this place... reminds me a bit of the Church.

It sounds like your world is very different than mine, we don't have anything like that.

Ah, well, familiarity is nice, right?

No? ... Then may I ask, in your world, is the ruling government aligned with the military or the church?

Somewhat. Even the shinigami statues are reminiscent of the Seven Ghosts.

Ah. Well, see, every country has their own ways of doing things, we're not all ruled by one boss.

every... country? Just how many are there? [lol at there being mainly two powers in his world]

Ah ...two hundred or so, I think. How many do you have?

Two... Hundred? Barsburg only- well no, there were more, but the main two were Barsburg and Raggs. The Raggs kingdom fell years ago, so the power lies with the Church and the Empire now.

Two hundred... That's-

...Wow, your world must either be very small or the country must be very large.

The Barsburg Empire has control over the seven continents. Well, with the exception of the Seventh District, but that's a long story.
