[The sound of static and clacking was painfully evident; in his frantic scramble to get the damned thing on, all of the buttons managed to be pressed - twice - and was dropped more than once. Muffled curses could be heard before the static stops.]

[There's a momentary pause before the PDA could be heard clattering to the floor and the sound of banging could be heard in the distance.]

[Another pause, more clattering, the voice gets closer.]

[Somehow he had found his way from the thick fog into a building, without running into more than ten rather stationary objects. He glanced outside, trying to make sense of the situation. His voice goes softer than it had been previously in an attempt to calm down.]
