[The PDA is jarred to life when Kuroro drops it into the sand and it remains half buried there -- that's right, someone forgot to close his balcony door and his apartment, which had been in an unfortunate corner of the building, got very sanded in during the storm. One of them's broken in, but I can deal with that. I'm not sure how I'm to get rid of all this sand.
[And because he wants to continue his work, he puts the PDA on the desk to cover as much of the room as possible and leaves it there.]
