Sid Barret, Commander of the Rescue Operations, has just assigned me to take charge of the trainees/guests during this event. I am currently at Shibusen, in the facility where we train, with some of the other trainees with me. [Approves of Germany being in charge of things. Very much so.]

Should those of us remaining behind at the Casualty Communal or Death City Heights make preparations for the people that will be brought in from the storm? I'm not concerned so much about any persons taken to Shibusen or the shelters, since I'm certain their facilities will already be prepared for injuries and the like, but I can't say the same for the apartments.

Correct. It'd be stupid for me to go out, even if my recovery has been going well up to this point. But I'll get together those that are staying behind, and send word to the Communal residents to do the same.
