Keroro told me that humidity affects his kind differently. When it rain in Death City he was became really energetic and couldn't seem stay still for long periods of time.

I didn't realize that as the humidity increases he also becomes more aggressive and harder to control. [More like impossible.]

I couldn't even get him to stay in his Weapon form once the thunderstorm started. [She was strangely calm throughout the explanation, but the truth was she had been terrified that Keroro was going to be eaten at the time and she blamed herself for not pulling out as soon as she realized the rain was getting worse.]

He tried to take on the kishin egg by himself.
