She's wearing a blue military uniform, which some of you might recognize as a certain outfit often worn by a certain leader of the Watch.
Her words are to the point, spoken with clarity, and she sounds calm and sure of herself.]
My name is Lieutenant Riza Hawkeye. It appears that I've been in this city before, and that would mean that I may have met some of you before. If that's the case, then you'll have to forgive me for not remembering.
It's come to my attention that to participate properly in this war, people must work as a partnered pair. I have been designated as a Meister, and am looking for a suitable Weapon. I'm have extensive experience with firearms, with a specialty in long range sniper rifles.
